The Costa del Sol is not one market. Marbella is international and prestige-led; Estepona is developing fast with newer stock at a lower entry point; Fuengirola is a working town with a rail link and year-round rental demand; Mijas Costa is beach and golf. Choosing the right area does more for a purchase than choosing the right property in the wrong town.
We work almost entirely with Polish-speaking buyers, which is why the Polish edition is the primary site. This English edition exists for the client's international contacts and mirrors the Polish build.
What we do.
We present the coast itself before the properties — the towns, their character and their differences in travel, beach access and daily infrastructure. Then we narrow the shortlist to a handful genuinely worth seeing on site.
We arrange viewings, support you through negotiation, and coordinate the purchase with partners: a Polish-speaking law firm for legal matters, a finance partner for mortgages, and partner agencies for rental management.
