We prepare a visit plan: properties, areas and the practical matters to handle while you are here. We recommend at least three days so you see the area out of season as well as the properties themselves.
After purchase we coordinate contact with the partner law firm for formalities, and with partners for finishing and preparing the property. As part of our aftercare we coordinate with the developer and lawyer, pass on updates and share photos and video of construction progress.
