We work with a partner photographer who produces the images and visual material, and with a partner responsible for interiors — if the property needs small changes before presentation, we coordinate that scope. Photography and styling are handled by our partners, not by Vesta's in-house team.
Marketing and transactions.
We prepare the description and presentation materials, then show the property to interested buyers, including our own clients searching on the Costa del Sol. We handle conversations, organise incoming questions and pass feedback to you regularly.
Market knowledge also works the other way: we know how your property compares with what is currently available nearby, and what that means for a realistic asking price.
Coordinating the transaction.
We coordinate contact with the partner law firm for due diligence and preparation of the contract. Legal advice is provided by the partner firm — Vesta coordinates the relationship and keeps the sequence of steps on track.
We also stay with you through handover and the formalities that follow the sale, so the process closes without unnecessary delay.
