A Polish-speaking property agency and buying adviser on the Costa del Sol, working almost entirely with Polish buyers.
Who we are.
Vesta Estate is run by Przemysław Ptak, who has lived and worked on the Costa del Sol for 10 years, 8 of them in the property industry. The agency works almost entirely with Polish-speaking buyers relocating to, investing in or buying a second home on the coast.
The practice is built on narrowing the market rather than showing all of it: understanding how a client intends to live and travel, then presenting a short list worth seeing on site.
How we work.
We present the coast itself before the properties — the towns, their character, their differences in travel, beach access and daily infrastructure. Choosing the right area does more for a purchase than choosing the right property in the wrong town.
We run viewings on site and recommend allowing at least three days. We support buyers through negotiation and organise the purchase process with partners.
Our team and partners.
The core team covers agency, office management and relocation and investment advice. Around them we work with long-standing partners: a Polish-speaking law firm, a finance partner, an interiors specialist and a photographer.
We are explicit about the boundary: legal advice is provided by the partner firm, financial advice by the finance partner, rental management by partner agencies. Vesta coordinates the process and keeps it moving.

Which languages do you work in?
Polish is our primary working language and the main language of the website. We also work in English and Spanish.
Do you charge buyers a fee?
We agree the model individually at the start, so terms are clear before the first step. Write to us and we will explain it in conversation.
Do you cover the whole Costa del Sol?
We cover the coast from Málaga down to Sotogrande, with particular focus on Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Mijas Costa and El Higuerón.
