These terms set out the rules for using vestaestate.com.pl and the general scope of services provided by Vesta Estate in property agency and advisory work on the Costa del Sol.
Using the site means accepting the terms below. These terms do not replace an individual agreement with a client — the detailed scope of cooperation is agreed in conversation and in a contract.

Scope of services and the role of partners.
Vesta Estate provides agency and advisory services covering property selection, arranging viewings and coordinating the purchase process. On legal matters we work with a partner law firm, and on finance and interiors with partners.
Legal, tax and financial advice is provided solely by qualified partners. Vesta Estate coordinates their involvement and is not responsible for advice given by partners. Rental management is handled by partner agencies, not by Vesta Estate.
