Support choosing a town, planning the visit and handling the first weeks after moving, including post-purchase formalities.

Choosing a location for rental, working out what to check, and contact with partner agencies that handle rental management.
We work on the buyer's side.
Vesta Estate is a property agency and buying adviser on the Costa del Sol. We work almost entirely with Polish-speaking buyers, which is why we run the whole process in their language — from the first conversation to signing the deed.
We have 10 years in Spain and 8 in the industry. We know not only the projects but the differences between towns that only become clear after several visits. This English edition of the site exists for the client's international contacts; the Polish edition is the primary version.
What we do ourselves, and what partners do.
Choosing a property, viewings, negotiation and coordinating the process are ours. On legal matters we work with a Polish-speaking partner law firm — Vesta coordinates the contact and the firm provides legal advice.
The same applies to finance and interiors: we coordinate the relationship with partners, but we do not give financial advice, and rental management is handled by partner agencies, not by Vesta. We say so plainly, because that is part of honest information about the scope of the service.

Do you only work with Polish clients?
Our main group is Polish-speaking buyers and we run the whole process in their language. We also serve international clients.
Do you give legal or financial advice?
No. On legal matters we work with a partner law firm and on finance with a finance partner. Vesta coordinates the contact and organises documents.
Do you manage rentals?
We do not run rental management directly. We connect investment buyers with partner agencies that handle it.
